The Bledsoe Capital Group, (BCG) is committed to facilitating the capitalization, development and marketing of its diverse holdings and investments. This is achieved by selecting a limited number of investments set forth herein, but not limited to, and in accordance with the alignment of strategic partners and/or other financially interested parties to bring the investments to fruition.

The four primary areas of focus are:

1) Real Estate:
The western half of North America will be the general focus of BCG with a primary focus on the Pacific Northwest. Strategic investments range from medium to very large, diversifying in both vertical and horizontal development opportunities as well as specializing in managing projects through appropriate entitlements. In addition, there is a commitment to the implementation of a "green" and/or sustainable element to the development whenever it is feasible.

2) Luxury Services & Products:
BCG has strategic partnerships with high-end luxury resorts, restaurants and businesses, and is able to locate, identify and deliver products and services that fit naturally into the above mentioned markets.

3) Emerging Technology:
Focusing primarily on previously developed technology and/or secured intellectual property, BCG strategically aligns these types of emerging technologies with strategic partners that can benefit from the unitization of these types of technology, or use of product or application.

4) Entertainment:
With exclusive partners in the sports and entertainment business, BCG has the ability to finance, create, develop, market and distribute a wide range of ideas, projects, products, and merchandise to appropriate market places, including, but not limited to television, feature film, direct to video, dvd, interative games, and the internet.
